No Gold account (in game or in forum)

I've paid for my Gold account well over the 24 hour wait period (as I see a Great many others have as well) may I asked why me as well as the others have not recived there Gold status yet?

maybe the person who handles it is on vaction maybe?

also you didn't check the "Sticky" when you posted. my post is there.....page ten if you need help looking.

Now that I've tried it. I can log into the gold server as a gold. but not my home server. so if you some helpful suggestions for that it would be appretated

Firstly..i like the blind comment when u ask how to make urself get gold status in the forums..and i answer u..obviously i must have vision problems. Second..i don't need to check the sticky, I'm already gold status, i don't really care to read it to see who's going gold, and ur the one who asked..not me. Lastly...notice the age of the other threads of ppl who had trouble going gold..and notice what most of them said. Most of them are old posts...and they didn't wait the proper amount of time...u did though, so good for u.

If your having trouble with ur server access..u should email TAO, with the specifics of ur problem.

Since you are looking for people with the similar problem, to be EXACT, it is now 2 hours AFTER the 24 hour period. Now, it's not like it's so important, as I have exams to study for in the mean time.

However, through browsing these forums for just a brief period of time, I'd like to know why people here have to act so *friendly* all the time, I mean, if you could be any more friendly ...

Anyway, yeah, I have not been able to log into the gold server or my home (as a gold).

It is one guy, DivineRight who handles all the gold accounts. Cut him some slack guys, jeez.

Also, many people who complain didn't put all the information that was needed on the payment (homeserver or didn't make the name yet) and those people just wasted their money.

I'm not complaining Ok maybe somewhat. I would just like to know why I'm (as well as a few others) Dealing with a delay. I gave all the correct information that was asked for. I did everything as discribed and requested. When the Transaction was complete It was made apparent that I would have to wait 24 hours. Thats fine. It's just reached far beyond that. If it's true and there is only one person Handling it all. Then it needs to be explained that it will take longer than 24 hours.

IMO it should be changed from an pay for service to a donate thing. that way no one would have a right to complain. As it stands right now. I've paid for something and I'm not reciving the service promised. It's like paying someone to mow your whole lawn and they only mow half. Then your neighbors Bitch at you for complaining because he's unable to do the whole job by himself. when he claimed he could.

I thank for your input. I've e-mailed TAO with my concerns. I let you all know what comes out of it.

I have every right to complain. I've paid for services in good faith. I expect the same in return. It's Been more than Three times the alloted time requested for me to wait Before I was to say anything. Now you may like Being Treated like a bitch. Hell for all I know you request it. But when I PAY for a service. I expect it Done as per the agreement.

I don't know why some of you feel you need to come in to this thread and Bitch like some Pre-teen without a cause. but I'm simply asking for this to be taken care of. If you somehow feel threatened by that. then take a walk. It has not one damn thing to do with you. I've been handling this "By the Book" I'm simply waiting for it to be taken care of.

If you've had similar problems gaining your Gold account (Ingame) then you need to send a copy of your paypal recipt to goldaccounts@tacticsarena.com with a polite message stating your problem. It will more than likely be resolved in a couple of days.

As far as your gold upgrade in the forum. you will need to do as it's been explained in this thread and Read the sticky at the top of this very forum. Don't forget to post there. I've yet to get mine but I'm sure it will be taken care of soon.

I agree with you that if you pay you have full right to bitch if you don't recieve promised services. I too have paid more than 24 hours ago, and my account still hasn't been upgraded. Below I posted info that you get after pay and it says WITHIN 24 hours, not at least!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


GOLD ACCOUNT ACTIVATION!

Your new Gold Account will be activated within the next 24 hours!. When you login to the server you signed up with your name will be in Gold lettering and you will have new unit options in your Settings area.

Note that your Gold Account only works for the server you requested it on, and they are not server transferable. Also note that future units available to Gold Accounts will automatically be dropped into your accounts so check the homepage for updates.

Have you tried loggin into the Gold only server yet? I could get my account in there before I managed to my gold account up in my home server.

if you can. then I think an e-mail would be your best bet. make sure to include a copy of your paypal recipt it should move it along a tad faster.

FYI it did hurt me. Because not only did I pay for 3/4 the time I should have got to play as a gold. I'm Still not "Gold" here in the forums. almost a Good month after I've paid.

Listen to this "Man" the gentlemen running this game, is running a business. If he can't handle the load then wtf is he doing running it to begin with. just because he's got you snowed dosen't mean your right.


Last I looked this was the Gold account Help Forum and all I've seen is Brown nosing asshats (the helpful posters excluded) Flame me for trying to get my account taken care of. If you have a problem with someone trying to get account issues addressed then obviously your in the wrong forum. honestly I don't see how you have a life when you fail so miserably at it.
