Ok, so the Public Access station I do stuff at installed a cable modem, and stopped using DSL, as well as canceled the telephone line the DSL was on.
So the next bill comes, and while the telephone line is gone, they are still charging us for DSL. Verizon (the telephone company) claims that the DSL they charge for on their bills isn't theirs, and that we have to call another portion of Verizon and cancel the DSL seperately from the phone line.
So while we can't use the DSL due to no phone line, they still want us to pay for it!
