Check this out, it's won my every game except for those against gold members and I don't think it can be beat. I love it, the right side (looking at screen) is perfect for countering any rushes by funneling progressively any threat towards the ward. Normally, I'm faced by assasins on that side so it works perfectly. The other side tends to be more offensive while blocking LOS to clerics. Please comment on this and any improvements will be greatly appreciated.

most formations r focused in a corner, or one side of the map, or as in the case of mine and a few others i kno of, can collapse to the side in about 2 turns (tops) while urs is evenly spready out over the whole map, good for bombs, bad for just about anything else
ur clerics arent near protected enough, a suicide witch can kill either one, and worse, a suicide DSM with help from a BW can take out both
u own the middle of the battlefield, this can be advantageous, but ur scout side is weak for the most part, ur knights can back u up yes, but ur dead against ranged attacks from that side
i would suggest moving ur witch, and an all around movement of units to focus ur formation in a corner, or at least more towards one side so u could collapse to that side
i like spreads, but as this one goes i think it could use some improvement, IHO

Thanks for the information, and no I did not steal this formation from anyone. If it has likeness to others, that is not any of my doing.

Too symmetrical for my taste... Dont keep the witch and Asian (assassin :D ) together alone, because both die pretty easily and a focused attack would eat them... Also, protect you clerics from Witch Burn, and your Chanty may be a little vulnerable too...

A brief analysis from a human army point of view:
What I see is a configuration heavy on defense. Two clerics, three knights, 1 lightning ward = 60% of your entire strength, plus your battle lines has been pulled back except for the lightning ward which dominates the center of the field. Consequently, it should be easy for you to avoid pummeling from its hostile counterpart. Your knight/enchantress formation looks tempting for a pyro attack, but to get in range to do that, the pyro has to commit suicide by coming into lightning range - and is unlikely to cause lasting damage anyhow because of the twin Clerics. A spread-out balanced formation with defensive strength primarily in the middle is unlikely to be rushed successfully. What is more likely to work is flanking the center altogether and attacking along either the left or the right edge of the map., another defense-heavy strategy, or ambushes that focus on a single one of your units at a a time.
You are low on ranged offense as you've chosen to leave out the pyros. The knights are likely to take a lot of damage before they're taken out, but getting past hostile lines can be difficult.
The Witch is the least defended unit in the configuration. So far back, I wonder what its role in your formation is - you might consider a pyro instead, or even the barrier. If your opponent has the Scout on his right flank, same as you, the life expectancy of the Witch will be rather low.
Further, as was already pointed out, neither space exactly four spaces in front of your Clerics is blocked by a unit, so a suicidal Dark Witch can take out one of your clerics as your opponent's first move. For extra pain, it could cause plenty of damage to your Enchantress and your middle Knight as well. You might consider moving your right-hand Clerics one space to your left, and placing the solitary Knight two steps towards the enemy. That way, both
Clerics start safely. The semi-serrated battle line is fairly safe from pyros, and anyone closing into melee range of that Knight may end up electricuted.
Still, the true test is a battle in the arena rather than these comments here. Perhaps our armies will face off soon so I test your formation in practice.
