I have an gold account on Banff. On Thursday night I won one of the randoms and won the witch. On Friday night I had less wins and no witch. Is this something that will be happening often. Are files magicaly deleteing from the server. And is there a resolution?

Also a brief side note, some data on Banff has been lost! This is was due to faulty server RAM. If you had an account and can no longer log in you will need to open a new one. Your stats have been lost. Gold accounts however have been saved. Note lost data only effects a very tiny amount of users most will not have any problems.

Firday is when the rollback happened we have no had reported problems since then.

I saw the front page and this is why I asked. I am a gold member.. (That seems funny to type.) and was on the 26th, so I should not have lost data. (yes I read "effects a small amount of users" too) but the post was dated November 26th and I played on Thursday (27th) and lost data on Friday(28th).
Data lost: 9 wins 1 loss and the Dark Magic Witch from the unit drop)

Bill, it rolled back? So anything that happened thursday was voided?
So I guess you could say I'm reporting an error then.

Fortunately I am not a gold on GL and did not lose my account. However once again on Banff I lost stats.
I read the announcement and understand that you "working on it" but the last server crash I loss stats and units that haven't been returned and now I lost more stats because of the crash..
I currently have no incentive to log in and play. If every other week the servers will crash and data we be lost, what is the advantage of having a gold account? If I win units there is no gurantee I will get to keep them. If I play a 45+ minute game and the data is erased, it feels like that time was wasted. $5 isn't much but I would think if you are going to ask people to pay for product they should get that product.
When everything is all said and done can I get a contact e-mail as to when I can expect my stats to be fixed. I figure like GL there are many other users who stats are effected and I don't expect immediate results. But I would like resolution.
