you hit the prtsc button to copy the screen, then open paint and hit ctrl+v. Save it, then go to imageshack.us

Host the image there, then post the URL to the image here

ok i give up forget it ive just wasted 2 hours of doing nothin thx for the patience... but i can't get it right and i just missed the drop...ok could someone just give me the steps i got almost all of them but everytime i write down the URL the link doesnt work please help again...

I'm assuming you have hosted them already from what i see but i'll go through the whole thing just in case.

- take a screenshot of your setup (Alt + Printscreen button). this puts the screenshot in your clipboard

- Paste the picture into Paint

- Save picture as a JPG

- go to http://www.imageshack.us and host your image

- Copy paste the first tag they give you (the one for message boards) straight into your post
