Another stat reset suggestion!

Yup, the title says it all. So before I have to jump in the lake to put out the flames let me explain.
I do see why the wipes have to happen, and am NOT suggesting changing how they work, or who they affect.
My suggestion is to simplify the process of announcing when it is and when it will happen.
I say pick a certain day every month to have the wipe. And on that day, at that time, BAM! Goodbye greys. This would have several advantages.
This way there is no more question of when it happens. I would have suggested the 1st of the month to do wipes, but after thought, the 13th of the month would be a much better time. It would allow those who get paid in the neginning of the month to make their payments in time. And the 13th is supposed to be unlucky :)


And the best thing about this idea? No coding needed! This can be done with no more effort than what is already used :)

they delay the reset at the last minute because there's a rush of people who want to go gold. if the reset was automated, more people would miss their shot to save their units and stats so they wouldnt bother going gold.

No, because they won't have to rush to save their accounts... they can just sign up at their own leisure because they know when the wipe is.

now then dont give up on this game quite yet, u pay because u like it, u have fun, and u BELEIVE it is worth supporting (same reason i do, when i'm able) so just buck up a few more days, and if it isnt fixed in a REASONABLE time, i'll lead the walk out myself, but having just FIXED my machine, i kno what kind of things can go wrong with and upgrade/repair :/


long and short, be patient, in the mean time, find something else to be amused with, like gunbound :)
