Ok, I know I should just ask DR straight out, but I also want everyone input. I do a lot of stuff at a Public Access TV station. And an idea I had would be to record several TAO games real time, and begin showing them on TV. I could even capture some sections, and make flash shows out of it.
So questions are these:
1) DR, can I record and cablecast TAO games?
2) Who would be willing to play me? (must be fast paced)

If you use it for media purposes, it will more than likely fall under the Fair Use Rule (http://www.nolo.com/lawcenter/ency/article.cfm/objectID/C3E49F67-1AA3-4293-9312FE5C119B5806)

Especially when using it for a Public Access show, as there are special rules for what fair use means. You can sample just about anything. The only thing you can't do is synchronize music with seperate video. We can play music in the background of a poerpoint display, and are covered through a blanket BMI and ASCAP agreement, but Synchronization Rights are sold by the individual recording companies.

But I always like to get companies permisions first. I hope TAO will not have any problem with it, as it is technically a great form of advertisement for them.

Especially considering that the service is free, I certainly don't think you would run into any legal problems broadcasting games of TAO. Provided you don't a) claim the work as your own or b) profit from it in some way, then no harm no foul as they say.
