I think Snork should be a mod.

Snork would make a pretty good mod, 'cept he must have a really busy real life, 'cause he is rarely on. However, once there were one or two more mods he wouldn't make a bad addition just to make sure there is almost always a mod on.

I wasn't asking to be mod, just to let you know. I was merely making the observation that I think I'd be a good mod.

If I was offered the job, I would most certainly commit myself to it.

I used to spend time browsing the Create-A-Unit, Suggestions, Bugs, Newbie, etc boards, but I stopped when I realized that no one ever cares about the non-mod crap that goes on there.

I have already offered Snarr the chance to tell newbies to PM with questions, but he declined.

I'm not demanding, or even asking; I'm just observing.
