There is no one way to do this. After you have been a long time member of the forums, and have gained the respect of players, then you MIGHT be asked to be a moderator. But it is not something that is applied for.

is there a legends server?
First response. No there is no legends server. That is just a myth.
Second response. Legends is another TAO game server run by the creator of the game. It has basically the same game, with a few minor differences. It can be found at: http://digisonline.com

The chart is a chart showing the possible damages to each unit by each other unit. It was done by a player as a favor to all other players. The same for the scout LOS's.

While he was a cruel and heartless man. With a severe case of megalomania and possible paranoid delusions.

He was by no means an idiot. In all capabilities he proved himself to be a very intelligent person. He maintained order in a military state. Seized power with very little power, managed to fight a war on several fronts and play off the political oppositions of his enemies to ensure as little allying as possible.

He was by no means like-able or pardonable of the atrocities that he created but he was a bright cookie.
