firstly, you'd need to apply for gold membership, accomplished in the gold help forums. Nextly, you'd need to present this problably in an email to TAO, as its not normal that they will change clan names (its not quite that simple a process).

while it may not be that simple a process... with a name like that i think it NEEDS to be changed...

not necessarily, i've seen clans with names similar or worse than that. They don't become popular, for obvious reasons. But as far as I know they're still out there.
