This unit exists already. It is called the trophy.

It sits there and can't move, can't attack, and isn't counted against your unit total. It has 100% blocking though (including magic blocking).

I don't get the trophy unit. If a person has it couldn't they not lose?

No. It is a shrub that cannot die. *It doesn't not count against the ten unit limit, and doesn't have to die for the team to lose*
