In the Sticky

this isnt like the post "shop" that one is for forum effects, this idea is to buy units, like if someone wants to buy an extra pyro, they pay lets say 50 cents or a dollar, and their account gets an extra pyro. I know that this would be a lot more work since the golds arnt even automaticly updated, but it would be an awesome idea if it can be done automaticly!!!

Please curb your impulses to close random threads in the future.

Yet another example of how you respond to reasonable requests.

nope, definitely not there aro, and its not a frequently suggested idea (buying units with real money) why did u close it? its a valid suggestion, other games do this as well... though with the way the gold accounts and junk r set up, DR probably cant pull this off all by himself and would therefore go under the "hmmm, maybe sometime in the distant future, if at all" ideas, u did not need to insult him like that

buying units in ANY form whatsoever (whether with experience, money, belly button lint, etc.) has been suggested many, many, times before (whether or not it is in the sticky doesn't change that). Simply put, the ideas are outright rejected and dismissed because there is no fair means of implementing it in such a way to keep the game balanced (or, if there is a means, nobody has thought of it yet). Plus, as dragon said, creating such a setup would require a big overhaul of the way the game currently operates.

not saying a rude dismissal is necessary, but there is some precedent and valifity to it.

Well this guy has not been a part of the forum that long, so he may not have known that he had already been suggested a lot before. I think that should be taken into consideration. The only way he could have known if it had been suggested was if it had been in the sticky.
