The attach option

can you put the attach option in all the forums? because is only in the announ. forum

to attach files, its available to mods only (in the announcements forum i believe) or at least i thought only mods, though for april fools they did give link mod powers, hey snarr, aro, does he still have those? lol


oh and link, i dont think they will add that option, because it would clog the forum server up to badly
