What's grey mean

I hear alot about people saying "grey" or the "grey" strategy

Do you mean the color grey? Does it have an advantage or something?

There are two types of accounts: free accounts (grey) and paid accounts (gold)

Being gold gives certain advantages, like not getting booted from the lobby and extra units.

When you first start playing the game you are a grey account

Once I tried to join a server, and it said "server down". If this happens will your "grey" account ratings get reset?

it just means the server is down ;)


nothing to do with your individual account. Although once a month the server goes down to clear out all the grey accounts.

im sure seed made the gray/gold thing. beeing a gray is supposed to be depressing. it makes you want to upgrade to gold
