I decided to make a list quotes thread. They can be from anyone, or anything. They can be ironic, they can be meaningful, they can be sad, they can be funny. All they have to be is quotes.

Funny, my having had asshat English teachers is one of the primary reasons I pay attention to things like spelling, grammar and punctuation; when I see someone make a total ass of themselves I tend to want to behave in an opposite manner so as to avoid the same fate.

I guess your way is good too. The "other people are stupid so I can be too" argument might not be very sound, but plenty of people use it.

er....Should I say:

Snarr and I are like polar opposites on the issue. He's a perfectionist when it comes to grammar (In my world it's spelled "grammer") and spelling. We should have a battle of Titans, where I try to misspell anything and everything I can, and then he trys to correct it :)

"Your world" is totally fucked anyway, so there's no point in trying to play it off. Switch dimensions, and you'll be good to go.
