High Grey Rating

Ok so me and Office_Shredder were talking about how no grey has broken 1500, so I decided that I'm going to. I mean, it cant be that hard. :p Ok so about if I win or lose, if I lose, i will become OS's bitch. If i win, I become hailed, and if OS agrees he becomes my bitch. Oh, if I break 1600, then everyone who doubts becomes my bitch!

I know its possible, I got my du accounton banff to around 1450s (less) and Lord ducki my clanmate has gotten to 1465, and rantzu of banff got to 1472, who is the grey who kicked 1500???

The highst gray I have ever seen was like 1450....he beat me in a game gray aginst gray he would not fight my gold but i respect that in a gray.

The highest grey rating ever is rantzu's 1472. But that'll be broken soon... he's already 1350, and it's still weeks before the wipe...

Bottle, I'm afraid you are wrong, I am pretty sure that ducki reached 1481, but rantzu's 1472 is also quite impressive. Of course, my grey accounts have trouble breaking 1200

Rantzu broke ducki's record, that I do know. I think rantzu reached 1475, I'm not sure exactly what ducki's was but it was definitely broken. Ducki said so himself.

Is that all Rantzu played his butt off to earn his points and Ducki spent many an hour trying to reach his. As I am sure bottle did trying to reach 1700.
The point is that as some of these weak golds get higher ratings it is easier for better grays to take them right back. So that means were as Ducki was stuck battling Golds at 1200 and Rantzu was whooping golds at 1300 some lucky gray will be able to whoop up on golds in the 1400 that have no skill just alot of time on there hands.
I am not one of the best but I like to think that I can hold my own so really the points become absolutely useless becuase I know who not to battle so If I spent all my time from now until the wipe I am sure I could come close to 1700 myself but even if I did reach that I would know that it did not make me the best. It just means that I am a good player.
As you all can see the main people mentioned Rantzu and Ducki have not spent alot of time in here worring about their egos nor have in my opinion the best collection of grays TAO has seen ***Gold Jumpers*** I am sure that if any one of them set their mind to it they could easily reach 1500 or come dang close to it.

Their are many good greys, i hope we are talking high stats here not the quality of the player, as the people mentioned are wonderful greys, and good people, they may not be the best because their stat records say they are.

Unfortunately I think Asmodeus is still under the delusiuon that Legends counts for anything here. The greys from Legends mean NOTHING in this TAO. They may have really high ratings, but they also don;t have them wipes once a month, so their high score can not be compared to the high scores acheived here.
All kidding aside, people need to stop compairing the 2 TAO's or even thinking they are interchangable. They are almost completely different games, and should not be mixed. And yes, I play there as well, but don't bother asking who I am there.

All i got to say to lostandconfused is, good luck. My rating is currently 1019 on GL (my highest ever was 1169) but the grey ratings you guys are talking about here are really high compared to mine and i thought mine were pretty good lol :p

I take pride in my 3 and 0 record vs. rantzu, although my high grey rating was only 1420ish, it goes to show you that high rank doesn't always determine skill.
