6 good ideas

sorry if some of these ideas are taken

1) this ones random but what about gold theme music? like next to the avatar option if youre gold. there can be a theme for cross gold battles or the option of having no tune at all.

2) if you have to go eat or something there should be a thing where u can put the battle on hold until the next time both of u are in the lobby and then the battle automaticly starts from where it left off. this would help me a lot.

3) theres a clan message why not have a personal message? if somebody checks your stats it has a message just like a clan message pop up. /personal message

4) it drives me nuts wondering if somebodys checking my stats so y not have a message pop up ***voodooman is checking your stats***

5) theres a sticky up already about a floor for guys with 1200+ only but what about an entire server for 1000+? then there can be floors like floor 6 is only for 1100+ and 7 is only for 1200+ ect.

6) if u dont want to be in a clan there should be a thing (/no invites) that u can put up so that when somebody sends u an invite it says ***jobob does not want a clan*** on their screen. that way u dont send them a billion invites and they never respond.

1) Music sounds like good idea, but would increase server load a lot. Why not just listen to web radio, or your own radio?
2) The complications with this would involve a lot of coding. But I do think it seems like a good idea.
3) Personal messaging has long been a request.
4) Well, I personally don;t care of someone stats me, and don;t really want the extra spam.
5) Floors for certain ranking has been suggested (and is a good idea) But servers? How would you be able to login? SAervers are not interchangable. Each one runs a seperate game. Accounts can not be automatically switched between them.
6) YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I HATE idea 2..... think of how complicated that would be.... and the extra memory load to remember what battles have been postponed... and how much it would suck to be about to win when... "This game has been postponed" and your opponent makes a new account to get some more games in...

abuse could easily be curbed by making both parties have to agree, though that brings a whole 'nother set of problems... its just a very complicated idea, nice in theory, bad in practice i'm thinking

now then idea #4 = meh... if we had the option to turn this on/off it would be kewl to have

i suppose u could toggle idea 4, and for idea 3 it would take a load of memory. i personally like ideas 1 and 3, 2 is now out of the question, not gonna work

its just for curiosity, havnt you ever wondered whos checking your stats? of coarse it probably would spam you alot so there has to be a toggle.

wyvern...a lot of ideas are neat little things that'd be either kind fun, or interesting or whatever. However, just because of the sheer limitations and slow adding to that TAO gets, most of the people here just like to look for practical things that would seriously add to the gaming experience.

i really like idea 2 cause ive lost to people with much lower stats then me cause i had to answer the door and talk to jehova witness or some shit.lol

I think there should be a floor for people with 1000 plus not a whole server.(dont no if possible)

u probably werent around when clans first started, but u seriously couldnt have a battle without being spammed by like 7 different clans all inviting u, now days its far less, but some ppl still spam invite and it really would be nice to not have to deal with it, and not have it spam up ur tet window

its still like that in Rev if ur an unclanned gold. With the rush of new golds coming there now its becoming a pain with the noob clan offers that ppl get.....though it IS hilarious the number of golds that make a clan...can't get anyone to join...then can't leave the clan they made bcause they're the leader :D

1) why would you want to hear music while your trying to consentrate on what to do next


2) if you kept on pauseing the battle would go on forever

3) if there was a pop up for every time someone checked your stats you would go insane with the number of pop ups you would get every minute that you would just leave and never come back

4) the same answer as 3

5) it just flat out dosent make sence to have a server for high stat people. The mods have better things to do than that

6) if someone invites you and you dont wanna join just dont type /join

1) THERE IS A TOGGLE ON THIS!!!
2) The other player must agree, you may only do this if you are winning.
3) This only happens when YOU CHECK THEIR STATS. their own personal message pops up just like a clan message

5) It is exrtemely difficult to get your stats higher nowadays, too many people on. (I dont like this idea either)
6) If you dont type /join, most of the time they invite you again, and again, and again, untill your entire screen is spammed, sometimes they do it untill you leave.

for idea two, all you need to add is an accept key funtion that even if your opponent wants to postpone it, you have the final word, and in my cae, I would only do it with a respectable player... or if data banks are over flowed, games will be deleted, or the server will say "no available space" or "Tuff Luck!":D

alright, I got a senario for ya. you're playing on this 1000+server, and you're really close to the limit, like say 1003 or something, and you lose. you automatically get booted off the server? give me a break

and as for the 400+ people you say have seen this thread, each "tally" or whatever of people that have seen this thread are for each time someone goes into this thread. repeates like you're self are included in this
