Today I as gold took on a player called Taogold after being challenged. For privacy reasons until he wishes to be named upon his real identity I will not reveal it, but I would like to say it was THE most intense and tactical game I have EVER played in TAO. He has some SERIOUS skill, a brilliant mind and a way fo using grey units like never seen before.
Fair enough I won by forcing him into a trapped space with my enchantress after he avoided her so many times, but truely the game for me was only turned after my dragon blocked a vital save at the right time.
I would advise any gold out there to ask him for a game, he proved a very strong challenge and a worthwhile person to play against. I learnt quite a lot from playing him and it showed me that my formation which I thought was strong against anything but a furgon ~Grumbles about dam furgons~ but well... he effectively ripped it apart without any dropped units :)
