I think that I speak for everyone (including the people that I do, and don't like, and even the people that do and don't like me) when I say that overpowered units are just a waste of space on the forum. I, quite frankly enjoy reading new unit ideas far more than the game, but when I read something that is near invincible (or invincible(shadow lord)) I just go ahab. I know it's hard to make your unit balanced...because when you think of your own unit to yourself, it's god. Yeah I had trouble balancing mine out and people still argued it was too good (mostly golds that want the power of their dragons to be optimum, and a couple greys that just wanted to fit in). But you have to think of it from another perspective before you post it. Take the badass look that you have in your mind and change it to something that is dangerous looking, but so you don't like the way it looks (just momentarily so your stats aren't bias). Yeah, so long story short DON'T OVERPOWER YOUR UNITS WE'RE FED UP WITH IT.
People with overpowered units hate me.

Try considering the fact that, if your unit is made, both you and your opponent will have one. It isn't just for you!

as long as it can be frozen... it is not over powered...

Not true. How about a unit thay has 100% armour, 100 power, 0 recovery and unlimited range?

Yeah both sides will have the unit even if it is over powered, but those 2 will annihalate the competion and defeat the purpose of any other units being on the field. Oh and by the way, Dead fish guy...I'm on your side, check your page. I stood up for you (I think it was your page anyway....) And even if it can be paralyzed, the opponent can ruin the concentration of the paralysis (even if it has a barrier that can be disrupted too) and the unit will thereover obliterate the paralizing unit. Now Your all getting off track here anyway, the fact is that the balanced units are what's going to be used (if any) so quit wasting your time with overpowered units.
People with overpowered units hate me...but I don't care because they have bias opinions anyway.

amish the only thing that shouldn't be welcome here is you. And before you knock other peoples units why don't you look at your own cause i've seen 10 year olds make better units.

Learn to understand, before you try to be understood.
Duffman is entitled to duffman's opinion and maybe my unit isn't great, but it is definately balanced with high power (against fire and good movement too) but low power and move when its not against fire units, it is close range and doesn't have immidiate recovery like the rest of the close range fighters and has moderate defense (between fire and non-fire attacks). Therefore you can take your posts elsewhere, because the thread I made here was not "Crappy units are not welcome" because everyone has their own opinion (and that being said there is no such thing as a crappy unit UNLESS IT'S OVERPOWERED) the name of the thread is "ATTENTION OVERPOWERED UNITS AREN'T WELCOME" (in all caps to get the point across). This is because overpowered units are overpowered, its fact not opinion.
People know duffman probably made an overpowered unit and got mad because everyone else was fed up with it.

Cowards often have nothing to say.
This is the second page thus far that you tried to insult me with a smily. Only douche bags use smilies. Why don't you start to talk? Ohterwise you get the Label Coward written as a response under all posts that you make. Maybe you haven't learned to type yet...but thats unlikely unless your mom made you a membership to this game...but again, thats unlikely.
People now understand that GeneralBenedict is a coward.

Who are you to say that overpowered units are not welcome?
And besides that, the DivineRight idea was Genius!

There needs to be a Flame War forum :-D. So we can take all this to sumwhere else.

He who speaks for everyone, has the right to say whatever the people think.
Well Iron rain, you're making yourself sound dumber every time you post. Even if you were being sarcastic, it was a poor attempt to shut me up. Yes the divine Rights idea was genious, if your IQ is that of a turkey...(who drown themlelves in rainstorms by looking upward withtheir mouths open) then yeah, everything is genious. The maker of that unit was either a turkey with fingers or someone trying to kiss DR's ass. You need to get over my burning of the ent and move on...I've moved on since my major beef with DKR (I even said I liked her units but then you got mad to see me making a temporary (yes temporary...I'm sure our ideals will disagree with each other again) truce with her and called me an idiot.) Well let me tell you, that hurt. I fell bad that you, someone who will not affect me or my life in any way, shape or form ever, called me an idiot. I'm going to go to my room and cry now.....oh wait no I'm not because I don't listen to Douche bags.
People agree that Iron Rain's IQ is that of a turkey.

Wow your spelling is genius. I havent seen you on these forums that much but i can see that many people dislike you. And i still want to know who you are to say overpowered units arent welcome and also who you are to tell other people to agree that i have a IQ of a turkey. That was the dumbest thing i have ever heard on these forums.
Oh and nice double post there.
This is my last flame towards you. Thanks for your time.

Flame wars are when multiple people get very angry at each other on the forums. They usually result in closed threads as they solve nothing. All they do is relieve stress, which can be done in other ways.
Amish, if you're going to insult people they will hate you even more. It's a vicious cycle. You have to stop getting angry at the people who get angry at you.
The whole point of this thread was to inform n00b unit creators that power is not what we're looking for. Amish's unit may not have been the best, but you can consider the possibility that he may have changed.
Amish, not everything everyone says is an insult. You saw that smiley and went on a flaming rampage. Don't take things so seriously.
And, for the record, The DR idea was a joke unit, like the God or the NeoTank. Albeit a slightly more serious joke.

Amish you have too much to say about things you know nothing about and not enough cognitive development and intellingce to know anything. Thats your vicious cycle.
Sure you can insult me personnally all you want but when it actually comes down to basic knowledge. You lose.

Anger is the emotion created by an unbalanced force.
Iron Rain must not listen to himself. He also needs to realize that spelling isn't my problem...it's assholes like him.
And thanks DFG, you're a little more compassionate about your thoughts, and yes, you're right it is a vicious cycle. The thing you forgot to mention is that I'm vicious and need viscosity to balance the forces that create anger. And you might be the only person to understand that this thread was made to get newbies to stop making overpowered units, even if its a joke, and people laugh, it's not the joke thread, its the new unit thread. You're right again when you say smilies aren't always insults, but GeneralBenedict has been putting them up and saying I have a bad use of punctuation since my saying the ent was a bad idea. So in that case I know it's meant to be an insult.
Duffman is the one without basic knowledge, he came to this page saying that I should make my unit a good one before I start to say everyone else’s suck. The name of the page (once again) isn't "CRAPPY UNITS ARE NOT WELCOME" it's "OVERPOWERED UNITS AREN’T WELCOME," so even if my unit does suck, you're the one who came to this page without knowing what was going on. So in the end you can state your opinion all you want, but when it actually comes down to basic knowledge, you lose.
Cualthon and Duffman should make a team called the dumbass retards. You both came to this page commenting my unit but that isn't the point of this thread. And as far as I'm concerned, turkeys have good hearing, and good vision making them hard to catch, but all of the space in their brain used up on their sight and hearing (not to mention the lack of space due to their eyeballs and hearing cavities) doesn't leave much for additional learning, and thinking. Turkeys are dumb. It's a fact.
DFG is the only person I did not insult...and people know that.
P.S. Iron rain doesn't realize that people don't like me on this forum because I made the ent look the way it should--dumb.
P.P.S. No offense DFG, but I don't mind that people don't like me; it gives me something to do when I'm bored.
