By seeing the original Tyrant Rider. I thought it needs a few changes.

Attack Patterns: By combining the original Beast Rider and the Dragon Tyrant instead of putting a Scout on his back, now put the Rider of the Beast Rider on his back. That made this unit a more like the Beast Rider or the Dragon Tyrant. This adds more tactics in the game. The Rider still has his long polearm, by pointing the long polearm at the two unit lined up together, a fire ball will shoot out from the pole's front end and hit the enemy units that are in a line. This attack is unblockable.

Additional Informations: Cannot Teleport because the Rider is on the back(But it still have the same Movement Range like the both units, but it must walk around obstacles like the other units). And count as two units, plus it doesn't let friendly units pass, you'll have walk around it, and that's both unit's info combined. A separate unit from the Dragon Tyrant and the Beast Rider. Whenever you put the Tyrant Rider and the Dragon Tyrant on the field, and the Dragonspeaker Mage and other Promancers on the field, it's not going to double their powers. But the TR and the DT are both weak until the flamecasters have all died. The important thing is that it's not same as other units; it against spellcasters or unblockable attacking units(Pyromancers, DM, Dark Magic Witchs and Enchantresses, Stone Golem and Frost Golem) only deals 16 damage, no matter if it has armors, blockings or not, deals blockable attacking units will do the normal 26 damage and so on... No matter if the unit has armor, blockings or not(Mostly have, except Mud Golem don't have both). But it can still kill a Cleric in one hit(Damage power 26). The unit's armor has increased, but it's power has down a little to keep balance. Blocking incresed, and HP decresed 10. Attcking Range is for Beast Rider. Recovery Time is for Dragon Tyrant. And Movement Range is for both the same. There is some stats combined, some are not, and some are only for one unit. I hope this clears it up......

Tactics: Even though the Tyrant Rider is weaker than a Dragon Tyrant, has shorter life and weaker powers, cannot teleport. But they got the same Movement Range, and Recovery Time. But it's good at most defenses. And can damage 2 units at one attack rather than just damage 1 unit during a single hit. Since it doesn't have teleportation, it's weaker and slower than the Dragon Tyrant. Shortened life, but it actually has great powers against blockable attacking units without extra armors(i.e. Knights:22 power, Assassins:24 power, and Scouts:26 power, but I don't know the damage if they have extra armors within). So it might be a good idea to put it in the back for assist other units in attack...

i thing it should be something else besides a beast rider maby a dragon speaker mage that would be better but i like the ldea
