it is an animation...gif makes it look all fuzzy.

That's the most random image format I've ever seen.
I don't know of any sites that host those files. I'd recommend converting it into another more popular format.
EDIT: Sorry, I didn't see your above post. I'm really stumped now!

I have a couple ofsites that host, but I have no clue if they can host that mng whatever.

I'm not even sure how many browsers support that format, h()()t. I'd highly suggest that you find some way to get that image into a different format. If you find a way, feel free to mail it to me (david@imperturbable.net) and I'll host it on the KOTR webspace.

Yeah, Hashish_Scout is right. Even if you uploaded the file, you wouldn't be able to view it in a normal browser.
What does MNG stand for, anyway? Time for the handy dandy Acronym Finder (http://www.acronymfinder.com/af-query.asp?String=exact&Acronym=MNG&Find=Find)!
