Ele and I went shopping today, and I thought you guys would enjoy these excerpts from our conversations.

Her: Hey, these pants are pretty cute... except they're a size like 11, which means fat lady pants.
Me: *blank stare*
Her: What?
Me: I wear size 11.
Her: Uhhhh... *walks away quickly with shopping cart*

and later -

Me: how come there aren't any cute swimsuits left in the world??
Her: because everyone's ugly now. They want people to pay attention to the suits so they're not looking at how ugly they are.

In the candy aisle -

Her: We've already got sour patch kids and a giant package of gum. Why do we need anything else?
Me: There's more to life than gum and sour candy...
Her: Dark chocolate!!
Both: *run off towards the chocolate*

We're dead serious about the bikini's. My choices were as follows:

Deerskin :rolleyes: (I swear to god, there was a deerskin bikini)
Shiny sparkly eye-sore (in hot pink and blue)
Jean Material (in red and blue)
Brown with flowers (yuck)
Yellow with flowers (equal yuck)
Corduroy (brown and blue)

I'm not going to list all of them, but I mean, ya get the point.

Although the thing about the pants was funny.


EDIT: What the hell, I went shopping today too. I was buying some new short sleeved shirts, I don't fit in any of my old ones. I got this new Billabong shirt, I love it *so* much!

It's sort of late to be buying swimsuits!
All of the nice one's have been gone for months now pretty much !!!
I just order mine online...which I do much too often as well :(

I have lot's of swimsuit. String bikin mostly. Kinda feels weird... hmm but I think that they look quite delicious on me. Ele, I would totally go for the deerskin one. It's so....outdoorsy.

um, i went shoping a couple of weeks ago, i bought a pair of jeans and a CD, here's how my conversation went

me - hey, this girl's pretty hot (looking at posters)
friend - hahaha, whatever (flips to next poster)
me - hey, this girl's pretty hot
friend - lets go check out some CD's
me- ok

*at the CD place*

me - hey, this CD's pretty cool
friend - maybe, sample it
me - meh, i don't really wanna buy anything
friend - hey, you should get some good CD
me - I already HAVE all the CD's that are worth buying that I could find
friend - um, ok

*this keeps going on until I buy the soundtrack to "Once Upon A Time In Mexico"*

When I go shopping, I normally go to Best Buy. I like to wear old clothes. It seems trendy, and you know me, I'm the guy who follows every trendy fad that I possibly can.

So, the new thing seems to be guys wearing girls' straight leg denim pants. What's with that?

i went shopping... at the optometrists office. $300 later i have contacts. the worst part is now i have to fork out money so that i can get what i was ultimately going for. i look AWESOME in shades, but i need corrective lenses to see distances, and im not about to flip back and forth. so, all in all, im spending about $350-$400 so i can wear sun glasses.
