I was playing on on my GL account when I noticed a gold sitting there all alone, waiting to jumped. Being the nice guy I am (or at least semi-nice), I obliged and jumped him.
Upon entering the arena, I noticed his stats were about 1558 or so.
As the game progressed, he froze one of my knights while another was beating on his dragon. Then to my utter shock and amazement, his scout shot HIS OWN dragon in the back!! He said nothing and I supposed it was a misclick. My knight killed his dragon, then, my scout shot his frost golem. Then, once again, to even more amazement, his scout shot HIS OWN knight in the back!!
At this point, he said he had to go, so he would beat me later.

By the way, I know his name doesnt show up on the GL rankings but, if you go to the lobby and type /stat resurgent247 it will show his very high stats (1537 now I believe) and that he's in the elite.

You didn't beat him, he left the arena.

There's a big difference.

Both result in more points, but only one is a real win.

Dead Fish Guy, if you look at the picture, it shows him saying he is going to surrender and beat me later. And leaving counts as surrendering.

Sheesh, try looking at all the evidence before you jump to conclusions.

from the screeny, it doesnt look like you would heave beaten him if he continued the game.

Actually, Abyaly, I had so far killed his dragon whereas he had killed my assasin.

You wouldn't have killed his dragon if he hadn't of shot it... I'm sorry you won but you didn't beat him. Because he had to leave mid-game you got the points but there is no glory.

That's what I said. If I sounded like I was boasting, I'm sorry. But I did say (or should have) that the biggest reason I had killed his dragon was because he shot it( it was also rather odd that he never used either cleric the entire game).

You are wrong Abylaly. count the units. I have 9, he has 8 (I had 3 knights, 1 scout, 1 cleric, 1 lw, 2bw and an enchantress, he had lost his dragon). Whether or not he would have won or not is disputable so I won't go there.
As for his having to leave, I think that might be rather suspicious, but he might have had to.

dragons are worth two pieces on the field, however assasins are handy but are only worth one piece with almost half the life of a dragon

so you're trying to say that you beat resurg? more likely it was someone else playing under his account or he was doing something else at the same time. And if you would be so kind as to actually look at the rankings page you would see that resurg is near the top. dont be claiming that you "beat some guy." recognize who you fought and the more probable situation that occurred.

Yeah...this doesn't sound like Resurge.

Well from the way he played he certainly didn't seem worthy of his high ranking.

I didn't know about his brother playing, but if I did, I would not have posted this here. just let the post die down I guess.
