Would you buy TAO merchandise?

Don't get angry because of the few options, I want this vote as straight as possible.

So, would you buy merchandise articles from TAO if the price would be "normal"? It doesn't matter which article, a coffeecup, a mousepad, Poster, T-Shirt, stickers, you name it.

Just imagine Fury would have done some nice arts like this:

I would most certainly buy the cards... but wouldn't you run out of things to put on the cards? Or would you just keep the same characters with different colors... either way I would buy those soon as they were available.:)

At first I was going to say I wouldn't. I never did go much for merchandizing. Then I saw the poker deck.

Ok.. ok.. then I saw the joker in the poker deck. That explains why she does what she does. :o

*cough* anyway, I do like the entire deck. As for units we'd only need one unit type per rank who has four poses for each suit, then two jokers. That amounts to 14 units. Counting the wards we have just that much right now (though perhaps we can wait to get the DSM and another unit in instead of the wards).

I not only can see it, but it wouldn't be that odd a deck to use with non TAOers (or perhaps I'm just too odd to notice).

I bet some people would buy the first pic as a poster and the third looks like mouse pad material.

some of those things are great ideas especially the cards i wouldnt think twice to buy them but maybe there could be like a code in some boxes (randomly placed) and it would give you an extra unit

Oooh...one in ten card decks contain unit code, I like it. Money would poor in. Those cards are aewsome, and if you made merchandise out of them it would be great. I'm gonna search and find out if any place lets you mass-produce custom image cards. This would be the coolest thing since sliced bread.

sure it would be like buying units but more like winning them cause no person in their right mine would buy 20 packs of cards for 1 unit i meen realy i would buy one or two packs but not 20 you could pay a year of gold with that if they sold for three dollars

Roight. One in ten would limit cheaters, but would increase people's want of the cards, besides the fact they're TAO and have the hottest joker around. The site I linked to before (admins check it out PLS http://www.card-press.com) sells I think a hundred custom decks for 290 dollars. So...buy a couple hundred, price them at 3.50-4.00 a pop, you'd make a couple hundred dollars and make everyone happy :)

*edit- NM, they changed their pricing pattern. For fully customizable four-color printing for a hundred decks, its $995 to set up everything, and then roughly nine dollars per hundred. If you sell em 5-10, and you sell between 100 and 200 decks, you're out of debt, and from then on its profit. I think I might be able to scround up 7-8 dollars for a deck of TAO cards, but thats me. I'm foolish with money :p anyway you could probably find a better deal elsewhere, I'm sure. There always is.
