    Angry Jester

    These jesters were primarily used to entertain the armies even in the darkest times.They lifted even the most wearied soul to fight another day.They even sang told jokes and were very animated characters.



    Despite their comical apearance, these jesters soon realised that their skills could also be utilized in battle, throwing bouncing balls with incredible acuracy they are often surprising even the most defensive of formations, knocking sensless even the most fearsome of beasts!.

    JESTER STATS
    HP:38
    POWER:18 blockable (two bounces of the ball 5 max range) ignore the final two red squares in illustration ^
    ARMOR:0%
    BLOCKING:45%
    RECOVERY:2
    MOVEMENT:3 (skipps along does not walk)


    This unit now has a MAX RANGE OF 5 this allows for 2 ground bounces and whatever is on the 5th square gets hit or if it is an empty tile the ball simply lays to rest and dissapears.



    but you see there is a catch, an opponents formation can be altered to leave a gap between the cleric and the unit in front, therefore the jester would only hit the unit in front of the cleric and never the cleric itself unless the unit in front moves to a different position!


    perhaps to add comedy the jester can pull off somewhat of a special.
    jester special:

    When an oponent is directly one square in front of the jester the jester drops the ball from his hand and just before the ball hits the ground the jester kicks the ball into the opponents face stunning the opponent so that he is blinded , it is an unblockable attack causing 6 damage ( opponent now cannot block, or strike --he will miss) but the catch is that ball when it hits the opponent---slams back into the jesters face stunning him for 1 turn and dealing 6 damage. (he cannot move away,block,attack, for 1 turn) it looks funny and can delay the death of the jester for 1 turn. May allow a heal or a barrier to be enabled before said unit destroys the jester.

    anything with that much range is bad. and we really dont need more range period.

    That's alot of range. Practically a range of 9. I do like the range because it's new, the bouncing would be interesting. It's just that the ball should bounce twice at maximum.

    The old GA before it stats got switch. Other wise knowin ask CLERIC KILLER! Sorry brah, but theres way to much range on that unit, I have it the attack of a witch maybe?

    Great critisizm guys, it is true about this unit the range may(is) be to large.
    Perhaps if i only allow for TWO GROUND BOUNCES and then if there is a unit on the 5TH square it can be hit...but if there is no unit the ball simply lands-disapears....turn ends. I think that is sufficient it still puts him in dangers way to try to cleric kill i mean that is FRONTLINE & CENTER! to reach the last game tile.

    IF an opponent knows that range he will simply put a unit either in the spot where the jester goes OR block a bounce so that he can never hit the last tile where the cleric is waiting. If i am to keep this revision i would UP POWER TO A SCOUTLIKE 18
    and BLOCKING TO 45%.

    Mines right. The idea is cool, but it bounces to far and the power should be lowered to about 15 to even it out a little more.

    I agree, the new bounce idea is very interesting and I like it very much, but being able to hit the cleric from the other end of the feild is too much.

    This looks like an underpowered scout... it needs some advantage. How about it always hits all three spaces, instead of a near-LOS attack? There isn't a blockable multi-targetter in the game.
