If there's a mod out there that can confirm that this wasn't an act of boosting, he can come back without incident.

Shurt, can you get this mod in question to weigh on this? Maybe post their report here?

If the mods are willing to post here absolving Servant of Chronos, I will consider the matter resolved and he can come back in without having to drop any points or jump through any hoops.

Either way I'd like him to drop the stats if it becomes an issue, but if Shurt's side of the story is correct, I can't hold him to blame for it and won't force the issue (rather, I'll leave it up to the people actually leading to decide on that).

Sound fair?
