Goblin Huntsman

This is one of my ideas for a new unit:

hp - 30
power - 20
movement - 5 Squares
armor - 20
recovery time - 1 turn
attack - Dagger - can attack 2 targets in one turn, each can be a maximum of two squares from each other
appearence - Green, long curvy pointed nose, funny goggles, small dagger, pointy, robin hood style hat (broken) in your color, and a shabby leather tunic with your colour belt.

What do u think?
If you think it's overpowered, tell me

maybe a 2 turn recovery would even it out
