New Gold Account

I just created an account on Banff server, hntr24. Now I know it takes up to 24 hours to get gold benifits but I can't even log on to the server at all. I had an account on there all ready called hntr24 but now it says invalid password. So I can't play on that server until I get Gold benifits?

Also a brief side note, some data on Banff has been lost! This is was due to faulty server RAM. If you had an account and can no longer log in you will need to open a new one. Your stats have been lost. Gold accounts however have been saved. Note lost data only effects a very tiny amount of users most will not have any problems. Do not email us asking to get your account back. We do not offer support for free accounts

Actually we tried to bump your account today and it was one of those effected by the faulty RAM....

If you can create another account same name on a different server or different name on Banff we will upgrade it, and toss in a extra unit for your troubles...

I have a free account on great lakes, hntr24 too. Do I have to repay again? Hope not cause im maxed for now. If so can you release the hold. Thank You

hey, wait a minute, you just said that gold accounts were saved...but mine isn't. It says that the name is not available. What's up? I'm kind of sad. I don't mind losing my stats, I can get them back better than ever, but I want my name back. My name is also Hashish_Scout on the game, and I'm a gold account member.

I just PM you back, more server problems. This is all on the hosts side everything works on Great Lakes which is were we are sending people.

If you can sign up there we will restore your account there let know when its done, and NO NO GOLD will be charge again if our servers mess up. They just might have to move to the stable server.
