looking for a clan

Hey I just started two days ago on banff and great lakes but I usually play on banff. My record is 16 and 2 right now so I think I have picked up the basics. I was hoping to join a clan and get better as well as have people to play with. was wondering are there any clans with non selective invite or anybody interested in playing online to see if I can get in their clan?

**edit** question how do rankings exactly work? it doesnt seem to be organized by totals, wins, or win-loss ratio I don't understand.
