Account problems on GL and Armageddon

Some gold accounts were removed from Great Lakes and Armageddon servers last night during the server migration.

If your account got affected, here is the fastest way to get it back:
1. Try to login to your server. If you get "invalid name or password" error message then try to recreate your account.
2. Submit a ticket and provide your previous rating and list of any extra drop units you had. If you were not able to recreate your account because it was already taken, please provide a new password as well.

This time accounts were not blocked, so you should be able to recreate them without any problems.

In the next few days support tickets will be resolved several times a day to make sure all problems get resolved as soon as possible.

Serg, wasn't GL already Migrated? I mean, isn't that why we all lost our accounts the first time around?

Since you said other servers, is GL being migrated again?

Our hoster had to move servers from one location to another once again, it is not something we planned. And seems like our servers don't like to be moved.

Thanks for clearing that up, I've been wondering about that most of the day. Now that I know it wasn't completely FPS's fault, it loweres my anger :P

i wrote one ticket to reinstate all my accounts plus i mentioned crackclassa and ricardu cause i use them the most. well im the only current user. and i know they are still payed for. if i have to write tickets for all my accounts, i might just kill someone.

Lol you don't have to. Just include the names and stats of all the accounts you want back. You can include drops if you want, but honestly trying to remember all the drops you had just isn't worth it. I guess you could try to ask for 2 DSMS and 4 dragons but otherwise I don't think it's worth doing that.

well crackclassa had 2 dragons 2 DSMs 2 wisps and 2 frosts on GL.
although you can only use the extra wisp dsm and frost. dragons were limited to one on the field.

No one helped me last time I sent in a help ticket. My account was reset back to 750 and all my drops were gone. Have things changed, so to speak? Because nothing has physically changed in TAO.

you must request the stats you had and the drops you had. ive had to restore Matrim, my 1700 once before. but i didnt even bother with drops. they are worthless to golds.

This is some damn bullshit.
I upgraded an account, and then before the actual upgrade could take place, GL went down for, what, a few weeks? The account was eventually(an entire month after paying for the upgrade) reupgraded and put back onto the server, at 750. The accounts stats were 1548, and it had an incredibly vast amount of drops. The stats weren't restored as I was specifically told in a pm by serg that they would be. Now the account's gone, again.

You run the damn game. Try to do so in the correct manner.
