HELP!!! I'm a paying member but I cannot play. The update has gotten about 1/5 the way through and froze. I have tried deleting cookies, but to no avail. I have read through other posts that have the same problem, but i've tried deleting the cookies. Please give me suggestions on how to fix this problem.
Is there a way to restart the update?

Might Work.
The only thing I can personally suggest is that you perform a system restore back to a day or so prior to receiving the upgrade. If that doesn't work, then I'm out of ideas myself.

I recentally posted a message about the same problem, and a reply told my to delete my cookies, and that could help. I did so, and re-started the computer, and now tao is up and running fine.

Actually, just clearing the cookies wont' always do it. Sometimes you might need to clean out your temps. The easiest way to do that is go to Start, Run %temp%
and delete everything that shows up here, also, in your internet options, you can clear out most of your history. Those couple things should do it, oh yea, and don't forget to restart your computer before you try to clear temps, sometimes it wont' clear them all unless you do that. Nighteyez |
