Cannot Log on... Server Unavailable

Hey, I have been trying to log onto the game but I keep getting server unavailable.. I have tried creating new accounts in all three servers thinking it might be my account. ALso the server status shows everything is online.. SO what could be the stupid problem.. Let me know asap. Thanx
