tips on avoiding cheaters

i've played a lot of cheaters on the armageddon server and it makes me sick!!! i mean y cant u ppl play fair....anywho... if ur in a battle with one and they tell u to type something in such as F5 DO NOT DO IT!!! that is a cheat to make u quit...there are many more which i will not reveal beacuase ppl mite use them to cheat...that is my biggest suggestion to anyone who's playing a cheater!!!

Yeah man, I know what you're talking about, i just got out of a fight and he tried to get me to restart the game, but i didnt fall for it, i could say his name so you could look out for him, but just dont fall for it.

ok, if ur just now discovering these commands...then ur extremelly foolish.

If you actually believe the opponent you were beating when he said something like "press f5 to give your scout Fire arrows!"...then your extremelly foolish.

If you listen to anything ur opponent tells u to do, then your extremelly foolish.

does this about sum it all up?

everyone learns from their mistakes. ive fallen for a trick once.....well no i didnt, bad example....but i did do some harsh things in my days, whooo!

Simply put: dont do anything people tell you while in that game.

Dont you think if the cheat were real that your opponent would have used it already against you?

Press f5 to win - well duh.. then press it and show me.
Press f5 to get a dragon - ok, where are all yours?
Press f5 to hear cool tunes - ummm, no thanks.
Type possess extra without the spaces to get a new unit - why dont YOU type it and tell me what you get.


If there is one that you think might actually work, like the Mud Quake, you can test it without risk. Join a clan, get into a clan game where you can not lose points and try it.

I realize MANY people playing this game are younger, but you have to really learn some life lessons and I guess this is a fairly safe place to do it. Hint: most of the time people are trying to help you cheat, it only helps them out. Cheaters rarely help other people cheat.
