Members dont get kicked out after games, members are also pushing towards the mystical 15 servers you want.

There are random unit drops approximately once every 72 hours. If you're playing a game when this occurs, you'll get a message, "If you are playing a game right now, the winner will receiva a _____", and the ____ will tell you what unit the winner gets.

They're very rare. Don't get your hopes up. The other way of getting more units is to sign up as a Gold member. It's $5 a month, you get cool units like the Frost Golem and Dragon Tyrant, you aren't kicked out after every game, your account isn't reset monthly, etc.
